We collect very little personally identifiable information (“PII”) and we will only do so when you volunteer such information.

When you use any of our forms, the only information we may request is your name and email address purely so that we can respond to your query and/or add you to our mailing list.
What other information do we collect?
We sometimes collect data that is non-personally identifiable information (NPII) which may include:

- the operating system you are using
- the type of browser and device you are using
None of this information can be used to identify you personally.
How is my personal information used?
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used solely for that purpose. You will be informed of the likely frequency with which newsletters will be issued. If you contact us by any of our online forms or by email, we hold your messages only for as long as is necessary in order to respond to your query.
Who else has access to my personal information?
Only the administrators of the Hauntings of England website and the website developers will have access to this information.
Do we share your information with anyone else?
No. We will never pass on any information we hold about you to any third party unless a) we have your prior consent and there is a legitimate reason for doing so, or b) we are required to do so by law.
What about cookies?
You can configure your computer to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, block third party cookies or block all cookies. However, by blocking cookies you will not be able to use all services provided by the website.
How can I remove any data held about me?
All Newsletters will have an unsubscribe link. Once you click on this link, your details will be permanently deleted from our system. Any emails from you that we hold will be deleted as soon as we have satisfactorily responded to your query.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent accidental or unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
